Comfy hotel, brilliant place for exploring Curitiba. Brand-new and nicely decorated room plus central heating, a safe, and multi-channel television. The bed, which was comfortable. Magnificent spot next to Batel, restaurants and shopping, and Curitiba. Also, in the middle of jackson. Really good overall experience.

I gotta say, this place is in an awesome spot! Super close to shopping malls and even the Hard Rock Cafe, which was perfect for our night out. The staff were friendly, and some even spoke English, which made things a bit easier for us non-Portuguese speakers. Plus, the room was clean and had a comfy bed!
But here's the downside: the breakfast was kinda basic and repetitive. no complimentary water? Seriously? And I wish they had snacks in the room. Oh, and with the language barrier, I had to rely on a translation app a lot. It could’ve been way better!

I recently stayed at Novotel for a business assignment that lasted two weeks. The staff was professional and accommodating, speaking fluent English which made communication seamless. My room on the 13th floor featured a comfortable bed and a powerful shower that was a relief after long workdays. I appreciated the cleanliness and fresh linens daily, and the breakfast was a good spread of fresh fruits and pastries. Special thanks to Ailton and Pamella at the front desk for their warm hospitality and efficient service.
I do recommend this hotel.

Solo traveler's gem
I recall a moment when Jose, the staff, helped me with my luggage during check-out, it was like a breath of fresh air amidst the chaos. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I've encountered, with an excellent selection of breads and pastries, it set up my day!
It wasn't cheap but still acceptable, especially considering the quality of service and comfort I received.

I stayed in a Superior Room for 6 nights, and it was reallynice and neat. There was a cozy corner with an armchair that was perfect for kicking back after a long day. The bathroom was nice too, with everything you need. The bed felt great, easy to relax. No issues at all with the room !
